Refund policy
1. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (including food, drinks, or nutrition products)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
