The Zipp 303 XPLR SW Wheelset is Zipp's fastest gravel wheel, designed to optimize speed, comfort, and performance for gravel racing. It features a 54mm deep carbon rim with a 32mm internal width, providing superior aerodynamics and a perfect pairing with gravel tires, especially in the 38-50mm range. The wheel is engineered with Total System Efficiency (TSE) in mind, focusing on reducing rolling resistance, vibration loss, and drag, while maintaining control at high speeds on rough terrain.
Unlike traditional gravel wheels, the 303 XPLR SW is built around the ideal gravel tire, prioritizing aerodynamic efficiency and low tire pressures. The wide tire bed allows for lower tire pressures without compromising cornering or traction, while the 77% thicker rim edge reduces pinch flats. The wheelset ships with 12mm front and rear end caps and includes a Center Lock rotor interface.
